Kristen has been the most amazing college counselor for our son. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful approach in how she provides needed support. By the time we discovered her, we were behind where we should have been in terms of college planning. She helped our son prioritize his list of colleges, created a schedule for him to remain on track, stepped him through the entire application process, had regular touch points to track progress, provided feedback on his essays, and was available for all his questions. He ended up having all of his applications submitted by October 15 and was accepted by multiple colleges within two weeks. Kristen was regarded by our son as such a strong supporter and partner that she was the first person he told when he received his first college acceptance!

FROM A PARENT'S PERSPECTIVE, THIS WAS OUR OLDEST CHILD SO WE FELT NAIVE ABOUT WHAT WE NEEDED. KRISTEN WAS A TREMENDOUS SUPPORT TO US AS WELL. I FELT LIKE A WEIGHT HAS BEEN LIFTED AFTER OUR FIRST MEETING WITH HER. MOST IMPORTANTLY, SHE WAS THE ONE ADVISING OUR SON AND HOLDING HIM ACCOUNTABLE TO WHAT WAS NEEDED, WHICH ELIMINATED ALL POTENTIAL FRICTION BETWEEN OUR SON AND US! WE HAVE THREE MORE KIDS THAT WILL NEED COLLEGE COUNSELING AND I CAN'T IMAGINE ANYONE OTHER THAN KRISTEN SUPPORTING US THROUGH THIS PROCESS. THE ONLY THING WE WILL DO DIFFERENTLY THIS TIME IS START USING HER SERVICES EARLIER. I CAN'T RECOMMEND KRISTEN HIGHLY ENOUGH!
